I think supplydepot2 and caen should be fun to have on the server.

The Rtcw map mentioned by other people are pretty good to. Especially beach and ice are good in my opinion. While I enjoy Tram a lot it sort of empties servers because a lot of people seem to leave because they get lost and have absolutely no clue what to do. Base is great fun but maybe a little too small for 32 people.

The cathedral map is very nice, it's basically a much bigger and better looking version of radar. Maps as reactor and dubrovnik are nice in my opinion as well but perhaps to small for 32 players.

I'm not a big fan of the very big customs maps as Helmsdeep and Minas Tirith as they are way too big and you spend half your game walking around just looking for enemies.

You might as well give a new version of the Goldrush map a try, it's called sw_goldrush and looks pretty much the same. A number of changes has been made that should speed up especially the later phases of the map.
