ET Problem

Last time when i downloaded the 3.2.6 patch i just opened it and took the ETDED and ET out of the file but this time when i have downloaded it it doesnt have them in there and non of the files are the same as the 1s i had last time. May this be because i have not got winrar? And will i also need winzip?

It might be because you have the wrong file

You probably want the bottom one
