For my favorite cripple of the world.... 
250 gr of sugar
250 gr of rice
1/2 litre of milk
3 eggs (the yellow/orange part)
lemon peel at your taste...
boil the rice as you usually do (water + salt + rice) and when it is half done, join the milk+sugar+lemon 
let it boil properly and when it is almost done, like almost in the zone, join the eggs that you have previously stirred
serve in small bowls or flat plates
enjoy
