Heheh Lead.
I used Internet Explorer and I didn't get anything with any of the really horrible viruses and such, but I did get this one thing where whenever I fully closed all of the IE windows, I'd get an average of two pop ups every time that came up once everything was closed. Couldn't figure out what ws going on... tried Spybot and Norton AntiVirus and nothing worked....
So I moved to and it's been AWESOME ever since. It allows me to check all of my emails easily and is great for IRC (even if it is a bit basic - aka no scripts or such). It also has tabs which make it even easier for navigating.
Haha okay, I'm done advertising.
Opera all the way!

I use the whole mozilla, because I test some scripts with the IRC client
I was mostly happy using IE until I got a rather nasty peice of spyware. I switched to Mozilla and am happier than before. Although it still can't open ALL pages

Yeah most developers only look at how IE renders pages.. and its a fact IE does that wrong Well ha! our fpclan.org page contains some errors in IE only now as a result of bad CSS support.

Lead, i was comparing our homepage on ie and mozilla, and in a window, mozilla does not resize it.... and there is no option to sideways scroll
So basically i cant see the shoutbox if i have a small window.
But as i speak, im downloading opera also, so il try all 3

Well IM sure you can all guess which one Im using
IE is hacked because so many people use it, but at least we are constantly working to make sure these are patched up, which people may see as a pain but its because MS constantly supports its users and it isnt anything MS have done its just some people like to write spyware and other shite to make money and as it is the most popular browser they see it as a good hack, I mean its not worth hacking somethig that 2% population use.
When the likes of the other browsers as above become more popular well see what happens then.
Couldnt imagine using anything else.

i dont understand the meaning of this Gary....
'Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark. A large group of professionals built the Titanic.'
You mean one person can sometimes build something that saves lives, when a large collection of the cleverest minds can build something that gets destroyed?

Kevi,
It just means that no matter what you think of yourself you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it, and that no matter how big and organised your opponents are you still can do it...... no meaning about being destroyed at all......... essentially what you said but more about failing and succeeding.....

Decided I didn't use the IRC client/HTML editor as much as I thought I would, so I replaced Mozilla with Firefox, and you'd be surprised at how much neater it is. Only subtle differences, but you can really feel it

'Never be afraid to try something new. Remember that a lone amateur built the Ark. A large group of professionals built the Titanic.'
It also has a 2nd meaning Gary, American transportation sux! Now don't get mad, I am American with 2 Chevys so i have the right to dis. In my Blazer I have had to replace everything but the body work and interior pretty much. As I drive down Interstate 40 everyday, i see lots of Fords and Chevys on the side of the roads, but never a Toyota or some other eastern brand. We may have gr8 engineers here in america, but money overseas quality. Therefore because it was made in America the Titanic was doomed before it even left the harbor.
Oops i just caught a third meaning. Moses built the Ark for God, the Capt. of the Titanic said and i quote "...not even God could sink it." So play nice with the Man upstairs or get spiked! or something along those lines.

Just to clarify http://www.irelandseye.com/titanic/times.html
" The Titanic was built in the Belfast shipyard, Harland & Wolff, alongside her sister ship, the Olympic. Newspapers in Belfast during 1911 carried reports on the progress of the ship's construction, including the arrival of the largest anchor in the world at the shipyard for installation in the Titanic. Newspaper notices in May 1911 invited the public to view the finished liner before the launch. The ship was launched from Belfast on 31 May 1911 and successfully completed sea trials in Belfast Lough during 1912. Hundreds of men in Belfast had worked on the construction of the luxury liner, fitting the essential engineering components, rudimentary steerage facilities for third class travellers and luxurious interiors for first and second class passengers. The city was deeply attached to the Titanic. There were Irish passengers and crew on board the ship. The first report of the Titanic sinking was published the three Belfast daily newspapers, on 16 April 1912. Early reports indicated that no lives had been lost. When the facts were known, Belfast mourned a personal loss and grieved for the dead they knew and the dead they had never known."
Belfast's pride....well for 3 days
