well, i posted this in my forums and only thing i got was get a new gfx card so ill try here. im gettin about 10 fps now and i dont know why. i uninstalled et and deleted anything dealing with it. my gfx card should be fine cause it works with other games and even on the largest of maps in rtcw. any1 have any ideas?

Though it might not be entirely down to your ET settings, changing it might help a bit

so with that first thing u posted, what do i do with it. do i save it somewhere or do i need to go thru while in game and change it in the menu

Is the drop in fps a recent thing? Was it fine before? If so, you may want to try some of the following:

Check for spyware, &
Update graphics drivers, either or

Although you mention it's only ET related, so you may want to disregard all that

Still, was it better before?

yep, i used to get a constant 90. and its on ly in ET is what confuses me. and i already got adaware and spybot.

.....this is the strangest thing ever. i never really changed anything....and now my fps are at a constant 125. they got better. thats weird

it ruins the game

Ugghhh - thx but I'll pass. I'd like to think my eyesight will still work in a few years - staring at some of that s**t for too long will destroy it.
