thank you Thomas, it´s sorted but i can´t even connect directly to the IP.
I will try tomorrow to install it with all updates i can find maybe this will help.

did you for any reason unplug the network cables from the router? i had a similar problem and it turned out to be the fact that i didn't plug them back into the same sockets (so the router gave each pc a new ip address and the ports i had forwarded were now for the wrong ip(pc)). well, you asked for ideas...

I have get it sorted !
I have get the message twice while the new installation :"could not get handle to windows firewall profile"
so I did following 3 things :
deinstalled bitdefender
reactivated windows firewall in the services
and I think the mainly thing was :
Reinstalled cod while installation clicked to not install Punkbuster with it. made the updates and installed PB from the pb site.
now it workes without any problems,
