How to do same kind Forums like fP have?

Im floPPi and i set up cod clan....
so im wondering how can i do same kind forums like this...
who is made this forums...i just want do same kind forums...

1. go to the site of phpbb (google search) and download the package
2. buy some webspace with mysql and php
3. install it there

I'm Always in msn when i use PC m8,

I just want know, can we do like that, that my clan mate make webpage and i make forums ?

Some web-hosting comes with summet called Fantastico that'll instead php scripts in a few clicks, including phpbb
