Because I'm normaly too lazeh to write a help, I'll do it now for once

Public Commands:

!karma <item> - Example: '!karma Kennie' shows karma of Kennie
!<item>++ - Example: '!Kennie++' increases the Karma of 'Kennie' by 1
!<item>-- - Example: '!Kennie--' descreases the Karma of 'Kennie' by 1
!good - Shows highest Karma's
!bad - Shows lowest Karma's

!<item> = <text> - Example: '!Kennie = da world bot creator' will add 'da world bot creator' to the database for 'Kennie'
!<item>? - Example: '!Kennie?' will show what has been added in database for 'Kennie'

!blame - Example: '!blame' will blame razzle
!blame <nick> - Example: '!blame razzle' will blame razzle.

!seen <nick> - Example: '!seen Kennie' will say what I last said and how long ago

!addquote <quote> - Example: '!addquote Funny thing' adds 'Funny Thing' to quote's database
!quote [quote] - Example: '!quote funny' will return 'Funny Thing' wich we added is previous example. Just '!quote' will pick a random quote
!totalquotes - Example: '!totalquotes' shows how many quote's have been added.

!roulette - Example: '!roulette' will shoot the gun
!roulette spin - Example: '!roulette spin' will spin the chamber again.

!8ball <question> - Example: '!8ball Does razzle steal much?' will return 'Yes'

!q <server> - Example: '!q demo2' will query server 'demo2' and return the amount players, map etc.

8ball:
!8ball <question> - Ask a question to the 8ball

blame:
!blame [nick] - Blame someone

gameserver:
!games - Get a list of available games - Priveleged command
!gameserver add <name> <game> <ip> <port> - Add a gameserver to the gameserver list. Games can be found with !games. - Priveleged command
!gameserver del <name> - Delete a gameserver from the gameserver list. - Priveleged command
!gameservers - Get a list of available gameservers
!q <name> - Query a gameserver for the current stats - servers can be found with !gameservers

!<item>? - Returns are values which are added for a item.
!<item> = <value> - Adds a value for a item.

karma:
!<item>++ [# reason] - Gives extra karma to a item with a optional reason - Example: !item++ # nice thing
!<item>-- [# reason] - Removes karma from a item with a optional reason - Example: !item-- # stupid thing
!bad - Shows a list of the items with the lowest karma.
!good - Shows a list of the items with the highest karma.
!karma <item> - Get the current karma of a item.
!karma set <item> <value> - Set karma of a item to a specific value. - Priveleged command
!wkd <item> - Displays the reason why the item has gotten less karma.
!wku <item> - Displays the reason why the item has gotten more karma.

quotes:
!quote - Retrieves a random quote from the database.
!quote <#quote|search terms> - Retrieves a quote from the database. Can be searched with wildcards.
!quote add <quote> - Adds a quote to the database.
!quote del <quote> - Deletes a quote to the database. - Priveleged command
!quote moreinfo <#quote> - Retrieves more info from a quote from the dabase. E.g. when it's added and by who.
!quotes - Return the amount of quotes in the database.

reminders:
!reminder add <time> <reminder> - Adds an reminder which will remind you in a specific time. E.g.: 19:00.
!reminder del <#reminder> - Removes an reminder.
!reminder detail - Gives you details of an reminder.
!reminder list - Gives a list of reminders you have.

roulette:
!roulette - Plays a game of russian roulette.
!roulette spin - Spins the gun again.
!roulette stats - Returns your stats.

seen:
!seen <nick> - Returns the last time that the bot has seen the user.

tiddlywinks:
!ping - Plays a game of tiddlywinks - see if you can get any scores (you need to be authed with Q to save your score)
!tiddlywinks score - Returns the score you made (you need to be authed with Q to see your score).
!tiddlywinks topscore - Returns a top5 of the best tiddlywinks players.

vsays:
v<number> - Vsays from Enemy Territory
