Got a response from the tech support guys at my ISP.

Basically they're saying that the problems start outside their network (my ISP's network) on the 8th hop and therefor it's out of their reach. But they also said that since it's a common problem lately, that the Tinet guys are probably looking into the problem and hopefully fix it on their own.

Which all confirms what Ewan said, about it being a problem outside my ISP's network and them not being able to fix this for me.

Perhaps i should drop a line or two to the Tinet guys?

I guess I will do that, one more complaint email might be just a spit in the ocean but whatever.

What i want to know is why Ewans never ending post only counts a 1 post, Dont think ive typed that much in all my 2740 posts

Nice explanation again Ewan..Fps values fluctuating since plusminus 1 year now, before that the FPS values were solid as a rock here..something changed..im no expert on these matters but i am a technical person and can understand what Ewan is saying. Always known its not a black & white story..but a few years back the gameplay was much more solid & faster then today, then trafficshaping came & other tools for providers to give you the impression internet is stable and fast but in reality its not. Its like a wave: if your on the top of the wave its ok, but when on the bottom: pity..something you can recognise Bin..I just hope someday the solidness returns, but im afraid that is gonna remain a dream..C8 )

We can all just hope for the best yea.
