I was banned today about 10 min ago for sk airstrike on oasis. I HAD NO INTENTION to do sk - who saw that knows. I threw the marker outside the spawn exactly to the right of exit from the grotto when there was many of axis. So please think about the situation, ask other players for example asd who was axis and saw all. I had no intention to sk.

surprise, you made a LUDACRIS kill with airstrike on oasis spawn, it doesn't matter where you threw it, people abuse that fact, they throw it behind the spawn and act all innocent, knowing fully well that it will hit inside...

Over the past few days i had to warn you for spawnkilling a few times, at a certain point the warning stops... i banned you for 24 hours, which i will lift, because you came to apologize and i really do think you didn't intend to spawnkill... but keep in mind, that it is your responsibility to use your weapons in the way that doesn't brake our rules, so in future such actions will be dealt with in the same manner and probably this type of posts, won't help you get out of a ban as easily

The fact is that Oasis, gets fecked up with that type of spawnkill far too many times and this time the same thing happened, with a ludacris kill you nearly wiped half of the axis team, allowing allies to overrun the base and plant in peace...

So please keep that in mind, play by our rules and you should be fine.
