Once, there were 12 Majestic ET players. They ruled over all the servers worldwide. Their skill was unmatched and none could stand in their way. But then a plague called cheating wiped out 10 of them, two survived.
#2 is randomly seen. He is said to have become insane.
#1 has never ever been seen. He is said to be a god and also the best ET player who ever lived.

BF for me at least is mainly based on the vehicles, I've always found 1v1 combat to be iffy. If you're introducing id to the mix you can bet your sweet ass it's going to be more balanced. They were born to develop combat. As much as I rant and rave about Wolfy, I reckon this is going to be damn good game.
ET WANTED to be so very different to wolfy, but it held too close to it's roots. I feel this is the true break it wanted and it'll deliver. Pushed back usually = good. Publishers want games out ASAP. If they're being pushed back it can only mean good things.

2 things concern me about this game!
1st is how the game will run on older pcs!
and 2nd
is if you will run in an empty map...(it will have support for 34 players only  )
YEAH!!!We engies can deploy turrets 
As weird as it seems i dont like the idea of vehicles/aircrafts
in an ET world...but...when you compete with battlefield in sales
which
has vehicle/aircraft support...
Do not expect the game to run under 2 gb ram...megatexture
technology issues

Why GDF engineer has n22 shoty? 
I definitely am gonna be a Strogg engy all the time carrying a Lacerator with nades 
Offcourse im dreaming cause my pc wont be able to run this game lol

news from BETA2:
well, the map VALLEY is very nice idd. Obviously ID did some balancing, now the assault rifle is as good as the lacerator, it only lacks the number of bullets it can shoot before reloading. So in the long run, it is more likely to win a 1vs1 playing Strogg.
Gameperformance did not improve much. At least not for me. Upgrading to the latest graphics drivers showed some improvement, but the game is very choppy and jerky on my machine, which is built to run the game smoothly.
I still like ET better, but this is because I know the game by heart. QW could make it, if performance makes a huuuge quantum leap imo.
so far so good
