Ok I wasted 20mins on setting the fps before i Noticed that the fps doesn't go over 30 in menu =P
but in game I managed to get my fps above 30 ...and I set maxfps to 60 with the commands I found on that link I mentioned before =)

There are even newer drivers on the nvidia site.

these should correct some crysis issues ... So for guys who got the game, maybe you would want to check it out?
