Hi, my ingame name is Bum. I've been banned from server for breaking rules that everybody does, and I am not saying I shoudn't punished, because I should. However, some rules must be clarified.

OASIS

I mounted once a MG gun between north and south anti tank gun, and once they passed the middle arch I would kill them to defend dyna. Somehow, poeple said I was doing spawnkill, just because I was aiming to spawn -.-' Ridiculous (OASiS) If if there were 5 medics shoots with light weapons (same effect as MG or worse and is legitimate, wich means is not sk)

They say I can't throw grenades at 2nd Axis spawn in Oasis... But they can throw at me -.-'

AirstrikeCan in side alley affects inside spawn... how is that my fault -.-' or intention of doing spawnkill, even when I don't?

Axis 2nd Spawn (front exit) gets arty, the side exit gets mortar and arty, the third exit gets grenades and panzers, and sometimes mortar (in side alley)

In oasis they have multiple ways.. CP ladder, front exit and both side entrances... and that is spawnkill, but not in goldrush... -.-'


FUELDUMP, mortar in Ammo House is considered spawnkill and that is an optional spawn -.-'

I beg you... please ... don't ban me and clarify your server rules. consider ifsk same thing as self kill and problem will be over...

As with everything there are flaws also in our rules. But none of what you did, was or could be misunderstood especially after it has been explained many times to you and you have seen plenty of others get warned, put to spec and kicked for the same things you have been doing. So please cut the crap that everybody is braking the rules and only you get sanctioned, it is simply not true.

Those who you saw braking the rules and nothing happening to them, simply did not get noticed by an admin, that's how this goes, if an admin sees something wrong he acts, if he doesn't he can't act really unless a trusted regular player has a valid complaint about someone braking a rule, in which case action is also usually taken. But mostly admins need to see something done wrong with their own eyes.

Bum, you have been warned and put to spec many times for Spawnkilling and pretty much each time you also got an explanation as to why you got sanctioned.

You should also understand that us admins have certain steps we take and if nothing helps the step before the last one is a temp-ban, which usually lasts for three days, enough time for a player to think about his future act on our server and maybe correct his/hers ways upon returning. You got yourself a temp-ban, like hundreds before you and just like hundreds before you THAT actually thought it was a wise thing to come around the ban, they got permbanned for it.

As far as i'm concerned it's a done deal here. We have 32 people to take care of most of the time, and having a few people like yourself, makes our job, not to mention FUN (which basically we are also primarly there for), much harder and more frustrating, so of course if we see no improvement, we remove people permanently.

Now you can take this post as an adult and try to understand our view, or you can take it as a personal crusade against you, quite frankly i could not care less as i'm used to people usually thinking it's something personal against them... so whichever you will consider, fine by me.
